Where do you ship?: We ship across all Canadian provinces and territories. Orders over $75 ship free; everything else is a flat $9.95. Most orders arrive in 2–5 business days.
Can I pick up my order?: Yes. Choose local pickup at checkout and we'll message you as soon as your order is packed, usually within 24 hours.
Are your blends gluten free?: All blends are made from whole spices, herbs and salt with no fillers, MSG or anti-caking agents. They are naturally gluten free, though they are blended in a shared kitchen.
How hot is Extra Hot really?: Warm but not punishing. It's led by African bird's eye chili and suya pepper — bold heat with flavour behind it. If you enjoy peri-peri, you'll be comfortable.
Do you do wholesale or restaurant supply?: We're starting to work with butchers, delis and restaurants. Send us a note with your volume and we'll come back with pricing.
What's your return policy?: If a blend isn't right for you, tell us within 30 days and we'll replace it or refund it. No pouch to return.
