- Where do you ship?
- Everything ships from our Edmonton, Alberta kitchen. We deliver across Canada, to the United States and worldwide — use our shipping calculator for an estimate, and the exact rate is added at checkout. Canadian orders over $100 ship free.
- Can I pick up my order?
- We don't offer pickup from our address. We hand-deliver inside Edmonton (free on orders over $50) and ship tracked parcels across Canada, the US and worldwide.
- Are your blends gluten free?
- All blends are made from whole spices, herbs and salt with no fillers, MSG or anti-caking agents. They are naturally gluten free, though they are blended in a shared kitchen.
- How hot is Extra Hot really?
- Warm but not punishing. It's led by African bird's eye chili and suya pepper — bold heat with flavour behind it. If you enjoy peri-peri, you'll be comfortable.
- Do you do wholesale or restaurant supply?
- We're starting to work with butchers, delis and restaurants. Send us a note with your volume and we'll come back with pricing.
- What's your return policy?
- If a blend isn't right for you, tell us within 30 days and we'll replace it or refund it. No pouch to return.
