About this blend

Ingredients overview
Built around smoked sea salt, chili flakes, cumin, black pepper and other premium whole spices. Our exact formulations are proprietary and hand blended in small batches — no fillers, no anti-caking agents, no MSG.
How to use
Use roughly 1 tablespoon per 500 g of meat. Rub with a little oil, rest 20 minutes at room temperature, then grill over medium-high heat. For deeper flavour, season the night before and refrigerate uncovered.
Storage
Reseal after use and store in a cool, dry cupboard away from direct sunlight. Best within 18 months of opening.
