About this blend

How to use
Use roughly 1 tablespoon per 500 g of meat. Rub with a little oil, rest 20 minutes at room temperature, then grill over medium-high heat. For deeper flavour, season the night before and refrigerate uncovered.
Storage
Reseal after use and store in a cool, dry cupboard away from direct sunlight. Best within 18 months of opening.
